Daytime and Special Russian Courses

* NEW FOR OCTOBER 2008 *

Fast-track Courses
We are expanding our fast-track group programme. Fast-track groups meet two evenings a week for 2.5 hours over 10 weeks. In October we are planning to run courses at beginners’, lower intermediate and intermediate levels. Click here to assess your level. All courses start in the week of 6 October.

Fast-track courses are suitable for those keen to make rapid progress and able to commit to intensive study both in and out of class. As a rough guide we aim to cover the same material in one fast-track term (50 hours) as three 25-hour terms of our standard evening groups. Click here for the evening group timetable.

Advanced Business Modules
Our Advanced Business Modules (ABM) course comprises 4 x 2.5-hour sessions over 8 weeks. Each session concentrates on one business module: use of Russian on the phone; business correspondence (including emails); presentations; business register in spoken Russian. The ABM course is open to anyone at upper intermediate level or above. Groups are small, with a maximum of 5 students. Applicants should be aware that the ABM course requires extensive written and read preparation, and should expect to put in 4-6 hours of study for each module. The cost for the 10-hour course is £300 incl. VAT. Send us an email to apply.

Daytime Courses
In response to demand, we are expanding our daytime group course programme. In October 2008 we are planning to run a course for absolute beginners on Tuesdays, and a course for false beginners on Thursdays. We are also running an intermediate course, day to be confirmed. All courses will start during the week of 6 October. Daytime lessons last for 2 hours; each term therefore lasts for 20 hours. The cost of a 20-hour term is £240 including VAT. Click here for a group course enquiry form.
